Booking and consultation
All consultations begin with a 30-minute free assessment. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Inside 24 hours, a 30% holding fee applies. We reserve the right to decline service for active medical contraindications.
Health representation
Treatments described are non-invasive aesthetic procedures performed by therapists licensed by Vietnam's Ministry of Health (or, where a procedure is medical in nature, by a licensed dermatologist). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
Photography and consent
Before-and-after photography is taken only with written consent. Imagery published on this site has been consented to and is watermarked.
Limitation of liability
Liên Hoa Spa is not liable for results variations due to non-disclosure of medical history or non-compliance with aftercare instructions. For complaints, please contact us directly within 7 days of service.
