1. Data we process
Liên Hoa Spa processes the following personal data: name, phone, email (optional), service of interest, message body, locale, page URL, truncated IP hash, and consent receipt. Data is processed for the sole purpose of replying to your enquiry and is retained for 24 months in accordance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.
2. Your rights
Under PDPL 91/2025, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Cybersecurity Department of the Ministry of Public Security. To exercise any right, write to [email protected].
3. Cross-border transfers
Inquiry data is stored on Railway servers in Singapore (closest Southeast-Asia region) and protected by encryption in transit and at rest. A Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) is on file and updated annually.
