First time
What should I bring for my first visit?
Arrive 10 minutes early for the health questionnaire. Avoid heavy makeup on the area to be treated. Bring your current products if you'd like our team to review them.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. A 30-minute consultation with our doctor or senior therapist is on us — no obligation to book.
Hygiene & safety
How do you sterilise tools?
All metal tools are autoclaved at 121°C for 15 minutes between guests. Towels, cotton, and gauze are single-use. Rooms are UV-C sanitised for 10 minutes between guests.
Do you carry hygiene certifications?
Both studios are registered with the Hanoi Department of Health (notice no. 4521/SYT-NVY) and hold a Public Security ANT certificate (Decree 96/2016).
Policy & cancellation
What is the cancellation policy?
Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours, a 30% holding fee applies.
Can I bring my child?
Children 12+ may receive light facials. Younger children are welcome in the reception area with a guardian to keep the studio calm for other guests.
Health & contraindications
I'm pregnant — what's safe?
After 13 weeks (past the first trimester): gentle facials, foot and side-lying back massages. Avoid concentrated rosemary or strong lavender oils, retinol, and chemical peels.
I'm on retinol — do I need to stop?
Stop retinol three days before a chemical peel, microneedling, or laser. For gentle facials, no need to stop.
